Justin Wetherill is the CEO and co-founder of uBreakiFix, a leading tech repair brand with revenues in excess of $100 million annually based in Orlando, Florida. uBreakiFix specializes in same-day repair service of small electronics, mending cracked screens, water damage, software issues, camera issues and most other technical problems in its stores. The franchise repaired its two-millionth device recently with more than 280 uBreakiFix stores in North America and more than 250 more in development. Justin founded uBreakiFix with college friend David Reiff in 2009, when both partners were 21 years old. The brand has since grown to more than 280 stores in just eight years.

In January 2017, Justin was named one of Forbes 30 Under 30 in consumer technology. In 2014, Justin was recognized in the Orlando Business Journal’s CEO of the Year awards; in 2015, he was ranked among Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40; and in 2016, he was named Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in the Retail and Consumer Products category in Florida. Justin is an alumnus of the University of Central Florida and currently resides in Orlando with his wife and two children.

Kim Eaton is Chief Executive Officer of Aptean, a global leader in mission critical enterprise software solutions. Widely recognized as a change agent, Kim specializes in steering both mature and early-stage companies through complex periods of growth and restructuring.  Her ability to see the “big picture” and drive results stems from career experience that spans all aspects of a business, including sales and marketing, global business development, product development, customer relationships management, implementation and support.

At Aptean, Kim has led the successful M&A strategy execution of eight acquisitions, adding more than $40 million revenue growth. She was lauded for her companywide transformational initiative that, over just eighteen months, resulted in tremendous revenue and profit growth alongside significant strides in employee engagement and positive customer satisfaction scores.

Kim started with Aptean in August 2014 as Chief Operating Officer, with a primary focus on improving the customer experience, establishing better disciplines in product management, product development and professional services, and creating a culture of collaboration and accountability.  She was promoted to CEO in January 2015.

Prior to joining Aptean, Kim was the President and General Manager of the $700 million Hospitality & Travel business at NCR.  She assumed this role after serving as head of Marketing, Strategy and Integration for the Radiant Systems business, which was acquired by NCR in August 2011.  Kim has also served in senior management roles for BlueCube Software and RedPrairie.  She began her career with Accenture.

Kim is an active mentor and is involved with several philanthropies, including the Pathbuilders Achieva program, and the Young Men’s Service League. She mentors several young women professionals in the Atlanta technology community as well. In 2016 Kim was recognized as a Women of the Year finalist by Women in Technology. She received her B.S. at Iowa State University, where she played on the Women’s Golf team.  Kim and her husband reside in Alpharetta, Georgia.  They have two sons, Carter and Chandler.

Jack Walsh is responsible for the global financial, accounting, legal and IT functions at Aptean. He joined Aptean in July, 2016 and has over 35 years of strategic, financial and operational management experience in technology businesses.

Prior to joining Aptean, Mr. Walsh was CFO of Sovos Compliance, CFO at SRSsoft and SVP of Corporate Development and Strategy at IMS Health. Earlier in his career, he held financial executive positions at MCI Communications and the Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Walsh earned his MBA from University of Chicago and BBA from Notre Dame.

Andrew is the CEO of Aspirent, a management consulting firm focused on analytics.  He has extensive experience building Analytical Solutions for a wide range of companies, from Fortune 500s to small non-profits.  Andrew focuses on helping organizations utilize their data to make impactful decisions that drive revenue through monetization strategies.  He has been building analytical solutions for over 25 years and is excited to share these practical methods, tools, and techniques with a wider audience.

In addition to his role as an executive, Andrew is a hands-on consultant, which he has been since his early days building reporting solutions as a consultant at Ernst & Young.  He refined his craft in Silicon Valley working for two successful startups focused on customer analytics and the use of predictive methods to drive performance.  Andrew has also held executive roles in industry as Director of Business Intelligence at Capital One where he helped drive several patented analytical innovations.  From consulting, to startup companies, to being in industry, Andrew has had a wide variety of experience in driving growth through analytics.  He has built solutions for a wide variety of industries and companies including The Coca-Cola Company, IHG, The Home Depot, Capital One, Wells Fargo, HP, Time Warner, Merrill Lynch, Applied Materials, and many others.

Andrew lives in Atlanta with his wife, Suzannah, and he enjoys photography, running, and international travel.  He is a co-owner at Michael Andrews Bespoke.  Andrew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.

KATHY WILLIAMS CHIANG is an established Business Analytics practitioner with expertise in guided analytics, analytic data mart development and business planning. Prior to her current position as VP, Business Insights, at Wunderman Data Management, Chiang consulted with Aspirent on numerous analytic projects for several multi-national clients including IHG and Coca-Cola, among others. She has also worked for multi-national corporations including Telecommunications Systems of Trinidad and Tobago, Acuity Brands Lighting, BellSouth International and Portman Overseas.

Chiang is experienced in designing and developing analytic tools and management dashboards that inform, matter and drive action. She is highly skilled in data exploration, analysis, visualization and presentation and has developed solutions in Telecom, Hospitality and Consumer Products industries covering customer experience, marketing campaigns, revenue management and web analytics.

Ms. Chiang, a native of New Orleans, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, summa cum laude with University honors (4.0), from Louisiana State University, as well as a MBA from Tulane University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Mensa. Among the first wave of Americans to enter China following normalization of relations, Ms. Chiang lived in northeast China under challenging conditions for two years teaching English, learning Mandarin Chinese and traveling extensively throughout China. Over her career, she has worked in the United States, Caribbean, UK, Latin America, and China.

The company has also been named a “2016 Top 40 Innovative Company,” courtesy of the Technology Association of Georgia and a “2016 Pacesetter,” again recognizing the company’s growth and innovation.

She then joined RedPrairie where she was responsible for programs and events. Most recently, Malinda was the Vice President of Global Marketing at Aptean an enterprise software company. The son of a long-time educator, Chris launched his newest endeavor, an innovative fitness fundraiser for schools called the Boosterthon Fun Run. He designed it as an alternative to the product sales that most elementary schools use to meet budget shortfalls.

With background in software development and cloud computing, experience in the association and no-profit marketplace, and a passion for entrepreneurship, Andrew was driven to create a product and a business model that reflected the growing needs of associations.

Since founding MemberSuite in 2010, Ryan has raised $19.6 million and grown MemberSuite’s staff to more than 50 people focused on the company’s mission to modernize associations and nonprofit organizations.

Andrew wrote his first line of code at the age of six and a half, graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, and can still be found writing code.

Keith Schroeder is the founder and CEO of High Road Craft Ice Cream, Inc., a 2016 Inc. 5000 honoree. He is also a veteran chef, cookbook author and cooking magazine columnist. High Road Craft Ice Cream was started in Atlanta by a group of chefs who made ice cream with exceptional flavor for other chefs to serve in restaurants, hotels and resorts. The company has expanded rapidly, and High Road Craft Ice Cream is now found in grocery stores and specialty food stores in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Prior to founding High Road Craft Ice Cream in  2010, Schroeder served as an executive chef at a number of resort, catering and hotel brands, including Westin and Marriott. Schroeder becaome the youngest chef to be named Executive Chef of the New England Culinary Institute at age 28. In 2014, Schroeder won a prestigious James Beard Award for penning Mad Delicious, The Science of Making Healthy Food Taste Amazing. Schroeder is a 2010 Executive MBA graduate of the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.

After 20 years of sharing her marketing, advertising and design prowess with Fortune 500  companies including Target, The Home Depot and Coca-Cola, Nicki Schroeder is now bringing that experience to her job as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of High Road Craft Ice Cream, the Marietta, Georgia-based business she created with her chef husband, Keith Schroeder.

In her role as COO, Schroeder wears a haberdashery of hats from managing the company’s sales and marketing, overseeing research and development, insuring ingredient procurement and directing the truck transport schedule to creating the product design on each pint. For High Road’s inaugural retail line of ice creams and sorbets, Schroeder even transformed a small restroom into a makeshift photo studio and shot the mouthwatering images for the pints. She is also a savvy multi-tasker.

Now overseeing High Road’s expansion into the ice cream sandwich and single-serve product lines, Schroeder monitors the company’s social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram daily for customer feedback. “Our customers remain our most reliable barometer of what we need to be doing next and which flavors are resonating. Their feedback is incredibly important as we grow.”
