Rhys Wilson / Nelson Mullins
Rhys Wilson is a partner in the law firm of Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough LLP, which is one of the country’s largest law firms, with over 500 lawyers in 15 offices from Florida to Boston. Rhys is Co-Leader of the Nelson Mullins Mergers & Acquisitions Group and his peers have designated him as a Super Lawyer® in Mergers and Acquisitions in Georgia and as one of the Best Lawyers in America®. The focus of his practice is on helping entrepreneurs sell their businesses.
In addition to practicing law, Rhys is active in the community. He is the Board Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of The Atlanta Opera, he is on the Advisory Board of CURE Childhood Cancer and is a Distinguished Clown for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Rhys has been a CE member of Vistage International since 1996.

Andy Mason / Peloton Capital Partners, LLC
Andy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Peloton Capital Partners, LLC which provides strategic advisory, M&A and capital raising advisory services to middle market companies. Andy is also a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Palmares Capital Partners, LLC, an investment firm providing investment capital to lower middle market companies.
Prior to founding Peloton Capital Partners and Palmares Capital Partners Andy was a Managing Director and a co-founder of VRA Partners, an investment banking firm focused on providing M&A and capital raising advisory services to middle market companies and private equity firms. Prior to founding VRA Partners, Andy was a Managing Director, Co-Head of the Private Markets Group and a senior member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of The Robinson-Humphrey Company and its successor, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Andy’s responsibilities included the management of merger & acquisition and private placement assignments as well as managing the firm’s activities with all sources of private capital. Andy was also a member of the Investment Committee of SunTrust Equity Partners, the private equity vehicle for SunTrust Bank. Prior to SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Andy worked in the private equity industry as a professional with River Capital, Inc. and Trivest, Inc. (private equity firms focused on the acquisition of middle market companies) where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, closing and managing control equity investments. Andy began his career in corporate finance with GE Capital, Corporate Finance Group, where he was engaged in financing, and investing in, leveraged transactions.
Andy received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Auburn University and an MBA from Emory University.
