Chris Carneal is the founder and president of Booster and its flagship school fundraising program, the Boosterthon Fun Run.

The son of a long-time educator, Chris launched his newest endeavor, an innovative fitness fundraiser for schools called the Boosterthon Fun Run. He designed it as an alternative to the product sales that most elementary schools use to meet budget shortfalls.

Chris and his wife Lyndie live in Johns Creek, Ga., with their four children.

Andrew Ryan is the CEO and Founder of MemberSuite, an Atlanta-based association management software provider.  He has more than 15 years of experience in the association space, starting as Director of IT at an association with a staff of 25 in Alexandria, VA.

With background in software development and cloud computing, experience in the association and no-profit marketplace, and a passion for entrepreneurship, Andrew was driven to create a product and a business model that reflected the growing needs of associations.

Since founding MemberSuite in 2010, Ryan has raised $19.6 million and grown MemberSuite’s staff to more than 50 people focused on the company’s mission to modernize associations and nonprofit organizations.

Andrew wrote his first line of code at the age of six and a half, graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, and can still be found writing code.

Jim Catts is the Chief Technology Officer at MemberSuite, an Atlanta-based association management software provider.  Catts is responsible for the technical strategy of MemberSuite’s enterprise resource planning solution for associations and non-profits. Catts scaled MemberSuite’s technical operations to support corporate growth from its initial founding in 2010 to over 50 employees, 100 instances, 6 billion records, and 100 million daily transactions while improving engineering efficiency and SaaS metrics.

Founder & CEO

Keith Schroeder is the founder and CEO of High Road Craft Ice Cream, Inc., a 2016 Inc. 5000 honoree. He is also a veteran chef, cookbook author and cooking magazine columnist. High Road Craft Ice Cream was started in Atlanta by a group of chefs who made ice cream with exceptional flavor for other chefs to serve in restaurants, hotels and resorts. The company has expanded rapidly, and High Road Craft Ice Cream is now found in grocery stores and specialty food stores in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Prior to founding High Road Craft Ice Cream in  2010, Schroeder served as an executive chef at a number of resort, catering and hotel brands, including Westin and Marriott. Schroeder becaome the youngest chef to be named Executive Chef of the New England Culinary Institute at age 28. In 2014, Schroeder won a prestigious James Beard Award for penning Mad Delicious, The Science of Making Healthy Food Taste Amazing. Schroeder is a 2010 Executive MBA graduate of the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.

Nicki Schroeder / High Road Craft Ice Cream

After 20 years of sharing her marketing, advertising and design prowess with Fortune 500  companies including Target, The Home Depot and Coca-Cola, Nicki Schroeder is now bringing that experience to her job as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of High Road Craft Ice Cream, the Marietta, Georgia-based business she created with her chef husband, Keith Schroeder.

In her role as COO, Schroeder wears a haberdashery of hats from managing the company’s sales and marketing, overseeing research and development, insuring ingredient procurement and directing the truck transport schedule to creating the product design on each pint. For High Road’s inaugural retail line of ice creams and sorbets, Schroeder even transformed a small restroom into a makeshift photo studio and shot the mouthwatering images for the pints. She is also a savvy multi-tasker.

Now overseeing High Road’s expansion into the ice cream sandwich and single-serve product lines, Schroeder monitors the company’s social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram daily for customer feedback. “Our customers remain our most reliable barometer of what we need to be doing next and which flavors are resonating. Their feedback is incredibly important as we grow.”

Bill Tunnell brings over 35 years of professional experience in planning and architecture. As principal-in-charge of the firm’s Planning Studio, Bill directs projects ranging from the planning of new towns and resorts to the detailed design of clubs and recreational facilities. His focus is the application of smart growth and new urbanism principles across a broad range of urban and rural settings.

Bill formally began his land planning career in 1980. Since then, as an architect and planner, he has designed residential, commercial, and golf projects in fourteen states, Europe, China, India, Central America, and the Caribbean

Jerry Spangler / TSW
Director Architect Studio

Jerry Spangler directs Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh’s Architecture Studio and provides planning leadership to many of TSW’s community projects. Drawing from over a 30 year background in architecture, Jerry has designed distinctive community and civic, residential, and mixed-use buildings throughout the Southeast.

Jerry focuses on contextual design of buildings, blending vernacular and modern elements and incorporates comprehensive site design into all of his projects.

Tom Walsh / TSW
C0-Director Planning Studio

Tom Walsh has over 38 years of experience as a landscape architect, urban planner, and college planner. Tom co-directs TSW’s Planning Studio. Tom has led some of the most transformative projects in the Atlanta metropolitan area, serving as the principal-in-charge of Glenwood Park, Vickery, Downtown Woodstock and many other notable local projects. Before coming to TSW, he also worked on Harbor Town and South Bluffs in Memphis, Tennessee, two early recognized New Urbanist projects in the U.S.

Tom also was lead designer on the Kayak and Canoe Venue for the 1996 Olympics and more recently Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, Fl., the first recognized flat water rowing venue by FISA (international rowing federation). Tom completed the first truly implemented Master Plan for Piedmont Park and subsequent projects such as Clara Meer and the North Woods.  Finally, Tom has been involved in over 50 College and University master plans throughout the southeast and along the east coast.
