With over 20 years of experience, Marc is a partner, senior financial advisor, and CEO of Strategic Liquidity Services (“SLS”) at GV. SLS provides a methodology designed to help business owners navigate the complex options available for generating liquidity from their businesses.

“Most business owners think there’s one way to generate liquidity from their business — to sell it,” Marc explains. “However, that’s one of many options, and in our experience, it’s often not the best one. We help people navigate complex variables so they can choose a path that best fits with their personal and professional goals.”

Lewyn graduated cum laude from the University of Virginia and received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to joining GV Financial, Marc served as a corporate attorney for a variety of business clients. Marc also had the privilege of working on the staff of a U.S. Senator, a job he credits for giving him the willingness to tackle a variety of complex problems in service to others.

A leader in the community, Marc enjoys sharing his time and expertise with a number of Atlanta-based charities and organizations. Marc is the immediate past Chair of the Endowment Fund of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and has served on the Executive Committee and the Board of that organization for many years.  He served on the Endowment Board of the Westminster Schools, the Boards of the Greenfield Hebrew Academy, and  the Endowment Committee of the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, the Atlanta Scholars Kollel and Temima High School

Brian Frey / GV Financial Advisors

Atlanta native Brian Frey is a Financial Advisor who discovered his calling during his first financial planning class in college. “I started off wanting to understand my finances,” he explains, “and then ended up finding a passion for entire process.” He went on to earn a BBA in Personal Financial Planning from Georgia Southern University and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.

Brian enjoys building models and spreadsheets, problem-solving, and researching financial strategies. His expertise in financial planning was instrumental in transitioning GV Financial Advisors to the eMoney financial planning platform.

If the weather is nice, Brian, his wife Blaire, and their 2-year-old daughter Harper are rarely at home on the weekend … you’ll find them somewhere enjoying the outdoors. It may be a day hike, kayaking down the Chattahoochee River, or backpacking and camping in the North Georgia Mountains.

Andy Mason / Peloton Capital Partners, LLC

Andy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Peloton Capital Partners, LLC which provides strategic advisory, M&A and capital raising advisory services to middle market companies. Andy is also a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Palmares Capital Partners, LLC, an investment firm providing investment capital to lower middle market companies.

Prior to founding Peloton Capital Partners and Palmares Capital Partners Andy was a Managing Director and a co-founder of VRA Partners, an investment banking firm focused on providing M&A and capital raising advisory services to middle market companies and private equity firms. Prior to founding VRA Partners, Andy was a Managing Director, Co-Head of the Private Markets Group and a senior member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of The Robinson-Humphrey Company and its successor, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Andy’s responsibilities included the management of merger & acquisition and private placement assignments as well as managing the firm’s activities with all sources of private capital. Andy was also a member of the Investment Committee of SunTrust Equity Partners, the private equity vehicle for SunTrust Bank. Prior to SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Andy worked in the private equity industry as a professional with River Capital, Inc. and Trivest, Inc. (private equity firms focused on the acquisition of middle market companies) where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, closing and managing control equity investments. Andy began his career in corporate finance with GE Capital, Corporate Finance Group, where he was engaged in financing, and investing in, leveraged transactions.

Under her stewardship, the breakfast more than tripled its attendance, secured marquis speakers for its programs, and has established a board to ensure proper oversight and continued growth.

Prior to founding Annona Enterprises, in 2004, Soyini served as an interim executive for start-up companies—structuring financing transactions, establishing a pipeline of potential investors, conducting presentations to raise capital, creating business plan and investor documents, creating the companies’ organizational structures, and designing business processes for management of company operations and revenue generation. She served as Business Manager for Atlanta-based FIERCE Magazine, an edgy, multi-cultural publication for women. Soyini was also the founder of Twenty Houses, Inc., a real estate investing company that wholesales property to other investors and controls a portfolio of residential real estate.

She began her career as a business analyst at McKinsey after graduating cum laude from Harvard University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Economics. Her personal interests include travel, salsa, and the spiritual quest for enlightenment.

Keith McNulty / The Intersect Group / Woodard Consulting

Keith McNulty is an accomplished senior executive and management consultant with a distinguished history of achievement over 20 years in strategy, consulting, corporate development, finance, information technology, marketing and operations. Recognized as an innovative business leader for integrity, learning, continuous improvement and the ability through people, process and technology to lead high performance teams on initiatives that maximize shareholder value and customer satisfaction.  He currently serves as a Management Consultant with The Intersect Group, on a client engagement as Interim Chief Operating Officer at Woodard Consulting.

Keith led turnaround strategy and process improvement at two private equity owned portfolio company turnarounds as a senior strategy and process executive.  From 2012 to 2014, Keith worked for TriPlus Services, Inc., owned by Oak Hill Capital Partners and Haverford Capital.  From 2009 – 2011, he worked for Generation Mortgage Company, owned by Guggenheim Partners.  Both companies were unprofitable for several years before he started and achieved profitability during his tenure.

His earlier experience includes work at two large, global public companies that experienced a chapter 11 restructuring, Nortel Networks and Mirant (now part of NRG).  He also worked for Atlanticus Holdings, SunTrust Robinson-Humphrey and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Before earning an MBA, he worked in the Bureau of Legislative Affairs at the U.S Department of State in Washington, DC.

Keith has an MBA from Georgetown University and a B.A. from UCLA in Political Science with a Specialization in Business Administration.  He is based in Marietta, Georgia.
